Treat your taste buds with this Honey-Lime Margarita-ish Mocktail. Bursting with flavor, it’s easy to make with lime juice, honey, and a hint of jalapeno. Perfect for a hot day or when entertaining guests!
Ingredients

- juice from one lime (plus one slice for garnish)
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 6 ounces tonic water
- 2–3 slices of jalapeno
- a dash of sea salt flakes
- 3/4 to 1 cup ice
Instructions
- In a 14-ounce glass, combine honey with 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water and stir until honey dissolves.
- Add lime juice to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour in 6 ounces of tonic water.
- Add 2 to 3 slices of jalapeno and stir the mixture gently.
- Sprinkle some sea salt flakes on top and garnish with a lime slice.
Notes
For a spicier drink, add more jalapeno slices or let them sit longer in the liquid.
Use sparkling water as a lighter alternative to tonic water for a different flavor.
Adjust the amount of honey to taste based on your sweetness preference.
