Description

Ingredients

  • Hard Pretzels (12–16 ounces)
  • Vegetable or Olive Oil (1/2 cup)
  • Honey (3 tablespoons)
  • Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon)
  • Dijon Mustard (2 tablespoons)
  • Ground Mustard (2 teaspoons)
  • Onion Powder (1 and 1/2 teaspoons)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Optional Topping: Coarse or Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together oil, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground mustard, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
  • Break pretzels into pieces if desired, then coat them with the honey mustard mixture in a bowl or bag.
  • Spread coated pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if using.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until golden and fragrant.
