Description

Experience the smooth, rich flavor of homemade cold brew coffee. It’s easy to make, requiring just coarsely ground coffee and cold filtered water, perfect for a refreshing drink any time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee (80g)
  • 4 cups cold filtered water (900ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine the coarsely ground coffee and cold filtered water in a large pitcher or jar.
  2. Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are wet.
  3. Cover the mixture and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
  4. After steeping, strain the coffee using a coffee filter or a fine mesh sieve to remove the grounds.
  5. Serve the cold brew over ice, diluted with water or milk to taste, and enjoy.

Notes

Make sure to use coarsely ground coffee for the best flavor and to prevent sediment in the brew.
Adjust the coffee-to-water ratio according to your taste preference.
Cold brew concentrate can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
