Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
  • Beat butter and sugar in an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in almond extract.
  • Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Chill the dough for at least one hour.

  • Form dough into one-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
