Description

Leprechaun Pistachio Fudge is a delicious, no-bake treat that combines white chocolate, Irish cream, and crunchy pistachios. Perfect for any occasion, this simple recipe delivers sweet satisfaction in every bite. A must-try for dessert lovers looking for easy homemade delights!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips (2224 ounces)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup irish cream
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch × 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or tin foil, ensuring the liner hangs over the sides for easy removal later.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute.
  • In a large glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with the warm condensed milk. Let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes, then stir until fully melted. If necessary, microwave for an additional 15 seconds and stir again.
  • Incorporate the Irish cream into the melted white chocolate mixture, stirring until fully combined. Add in 3/4 of the chopped pistachios and mix well.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle the reserved pistachios over the top, pressing them gently into the fudge.
  • Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out using the overhanging parchment, remove the liner, and cut into 25 pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing.
For a different flavor, substitute Irish cream with another flavored liqueur or extract.
Store leftovers in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
