- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- â…“ cup melted butter
- 4 blocks softened cream cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- Store-bought red decorating icing
- Green sanding sugar
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth; set aside.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture gently.
- Layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust; add a layer of Little Debbie cakes, then top with remaining mixture.
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
- For ganache, heat heavy cream and pour over chopped white chocolate; stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over the chilled cheesecake; chill again for 30 minutes.
- Decorate with red icing and green sugar before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
Heavy cream should be very cold before whipping.
Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
