Description

This Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cheesecake combines creamy cheesecake with festive cakes for a delightful treat. A quick sweet treat that everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • â…“ cup melted butter
  • 4 blocks softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • Store-bought red decorating icing
  • Green sanding sugar

Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
  • Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth; set aside.
  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture gently.
  • Layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust; add a layer of Little Debbie cakes, then top with remaining mixture.
  • Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
  • For ganache, heat heavy cream and pour over chopped white chocolate; stir until smooth.
  • Pour ganache over the chilled cheesecake; chill again for 30 minutes.
  • Decorate with red icing and green sugar before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
Heavy cream should be very cold before whipping.
Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
