Description

Ingredients

  • 3½oz / 100ml Whiskey
  • 1oz / 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 2/3oz / 20ml Maple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice Cubes
  • Hard Apple Cider (to top the glass)

Instructions

  • Add whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white into a shaker.
  • Shake vigorously without ice for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  • Add ice cubes and shake until the shaker feels frosty, about 15-20 seconds.
  • Pour into chilled glasses, straining the froth on top.
  • Add a splash of hard apple cider to each glass.
