- 1oz / 30ml Lemon Juice
- 2/3oz / 20ml Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Ice Cubes
- Hard Apple Cider (to top the glass)
Instructions
- Add whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white into a shaker.
- Shake vigorously without ice for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice cubes and shake until the shaker feels frosty, about 15-20 seconds.
- Pour into chilled glasses, straining the froth on top.
- Add a splash of hard apple cider to each glass.
