Description

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Instant Yeast
  • ½ cup + 1 tbsp Lukewarm Water
  • ½ tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Flour or Semolina (for dusting)
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 5 oz Fresh Mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Basil, chopped

Instructions

  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add lukewarm water and olive oil; mix until combined.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about one minute.
  • Let the dough rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  • Assemble pizzas with sauce and mozzarella on each circle.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F for 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

Using warm water (about 110°F) activates yeast effectively.
