Description

These No Bake Peanut Butter Bars are a delightful treat combining creamy peanut butter with rich chocolate, making them perfect for any gathering or snack. Quick and easy to prepare, they will surely become a favorite!


Ingredients

  • 8 sheets graham crackers, crushed (2 cups)
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons additional peanut butter

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well-combined.
  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Press the mixture into the pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips and additional peanut butter in the microwave until smooth, stirring occasionally.
  • Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the crust and smooth it out.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set, then cut into squares.

For gluten-free options, use gluten-free graham crackers.
