Instructions
- In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar using a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture. Set aside two tablespoons of crushed pineapple for later use as garnish, then mix the remaining crushed pineapple into the cool whip mixture until well combined.
