Description

This No Bake Pineapple Pie is a delightful blend of cream cheese and juicy pineapple, creating a light and refreshing dessert that’s perfect for any gathering. With minimal prep time and no baking required, you can enjoy this delicious pie in no time!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar using a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture. Set aside two tablespoons of crushed pineapple for later use as garnish, then mix the remaining crushed pineapple into the cool whip mixture until well combined.
  3. Pour the pineapple filling into the graham cracker crust, topping it with the reserved crushed pineapple as a garnish. Refrigerate the pie for 4 hours to allow it to set.

Notes
