Description

This No Churn Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream is a creamy delight perfect for any occasion. With just a few ingredients such as heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk, it provides a rich chocolate flavor and brownie bits that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Ideal for quick desserts and homemade treats!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 2 cups store-bought brownies, chopped

Instructions

  1. Stir the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder in a medium bowl until well combined; set aside.
  2. Beat the heavy whipping cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form, resembling mountains when lifted with a beater.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and gently fold until no streaks remain.
  4. Soften the hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 30-45 seconds after removing the lid.
  5. Layer the bottom of a 9 x 5 bread pan with the ice cream mixture, adding dollops of softened hot fudge on top; swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Cut store-bought brownies into cubes and sprinkle some over the mixture.
  7. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the ice cream mixture.
  8. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before scooping.

Notes

For an even richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
Ensure the whipped cream achieves stiff peaks to maintain texture when mixed.
