Description

These Nutter Butter Balls are a delicious no-bake treat made with creamy peanut butter, Nutter Butter cookies, and confectioners’ coating. Perfect for any occasion, they’re quick to prepare and irresistible in flavor.

Ingredients

  • Nutter Butter Cookies (16-ounce package)
  • Cream Cheese (8 ounces, brick-style, softened)
  • Creamy Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)
  • Vanilla Almond Bark (1 pound)

Instructions

  • Pulse the Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cookie crumbs, softened cream cheese, and creamy peanut butter; mix until smooth.
  • Using a cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into balls.
  • Freeze the rolled truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt the almond bark according to package instructions until smooth.
  • Dip each frozen truffle into melted almond bark, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Drizzle leftover almond bark over dipped truffles for decoration, then top with reserved cookie crumbs.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
Substitute Nutter Butter with vanilla sandwich cookies if desired.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
