- 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese
- 12 ounces semi-sweet or white chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
- Optional for garnish: Sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, or additional melted chocolate
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag and rolling pin.
- Combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a bowl and mix until well blended.
- Scoop portions of the mixture, rolling them into balls about the size of a tablespoon.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate with vegetable oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and tap off excess before placing back on the parchment.
- While the coating is wet, sprinkle with decorations if desired and refrigerate for another hour.
