Description

Whip up these irresistible Oreo Balls (Valentine) for a quick and tasty treat! With creamy filling and chocolate coating, they’re perfect for celebrations and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 regular Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet or white chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • Optional for garnish: Sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, or additional melted chocolate

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag and rolling pin.
  • Combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a bowl and mix until well blended.
  • Scoop portions of the mixture, rolling them into balls about the size of a tablespoon.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour.
  • Melt the chocolate with vegetable oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and tap off excess before placing back on the parchment.
  • While the coating is wet, sprinkle with decorations if desired and refrigerate for another hour.

Notes

Allow the cream cheese to reach room temperature for better mixing.
Use gluten-free Oreos for a gluten-free option, and vegan chocolate to make it plant-based.
Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
