Description

These Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares are a quick, delicious treat combining creamy peanut butter, sweet butterscotch, and soft mini marshmallows. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 (11 oz) bags Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 (10 oz) bag Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  • Line a 9 x 9-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray generously with non-stick spray.
  • Melt together softened butter, creamy peanut butter, and butterscotch chips in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  • Set aside 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows and mix remaining marshmallows into the warm mixture gently.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and sprinkle reserved marshmallows on top, pressing slightly to adhere.
  • Let the mixture cool at room temperature or refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, check the butterscotch chips for gluten ingredients.
If using natural peanut butter, squares may be less sweet but more healthy.
To keep them fresh longer, refrigerate or freeze the squares.
