Description

This Peanut Butter Pie is a nostalgic treat featuring a creamy, velvety peanut butter filling in a rich Oreo crust, making it a perfect dessert for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Oreo Cookie Crumbs: About 2 cups
  • Unsalted Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted
  • Cream Cheese: 8 ounces, full fat, room temperature
  • Creamy Peanut Butter: 1 cup
  • Powdered Sugar: 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Heavy Whipping Cream: 1 cup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a pie dish and bake for about 10 minutes.
