- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1½ cups dry roasted cocktail peanuts
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with wax paper.
- Melt semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips with vegetable oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Cool the melted chocolate slightly, then mix in marshmallows and peanuts until coated.
- Scoop out portions onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
