Description

These Pecan Pie Balls are a tasty treat featuring caramelized pecans and rich chocolate, perfect for gatherings or as a sweet snack. Simple to prepare and irresistible!

Ingredients

  • Pecan Halves (1 1/2 cups, finely chopped)
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 cup)
  • Brown Sugar (1/2 cup, packed)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Honey (1/4 cup)
  • Unsalted Butter (4 tablespoons, melted)
  • Chocolate Almond Bark (12 ounces)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, honey, and vanilla until combined.
  • Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry until well combined but slightly crumbly.
  • Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate almond bark using a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each ball in melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet. Chill until set.

Notes

Ensure pecans are finely chopped for the best texture.
Chilling the balls helps maintain their shape during chocolate dipping.
Experiment with varying chocolate for unique flavors.
