Description

These Peppermint Espresso Martinis blend rich espresso with festive flavors of peppermint and chocolate, ideal for cozy gatherings and holiday cheer. Quick to make and deliciously indulgent, they’re perfect for impressing your guests with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Kahlua
  • 3 oz Fresh Brewed Espresso
  • 2 oz Half & Half
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Candy Canes
  • 6 Espresso Beans

Instructions

  • Prepare the glasses by dipping the rims in chocolate syrup and then crushed candy canes.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add vodka, Kahlua, espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract.
  • Shake vigorously for about 60 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared glasses, filling equally.
  • Garnish each martini with three espresso beans and serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use Nutpods or almond milk instead of half & half.
Make a larger batch for a party by mixing in a pitcher and serving over ice.
Use freshly brewed espresso for the best flavor; cold brew is a good alternative.
