Description

Enjoy the irresistible flavor of Pizza Roll-Ups! This easy recipe features delicious layers of pepperoni, ham, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce, making it a perfect choice for a quick dinner or a tasty comfort meal. Ideal for family gatherings or a cozy night in, these roll-ups come together in no time and will leave everyone wanting more!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham, roughly cut into squares
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Dipping sauce of your choice for serving (like marinara)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12×10 inches and ¼ inch thick. Make sure it isn't rolled too thin to maintain its shape.
  • Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges. Evenly layer the pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella cheese on top without overstuffing.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the longer side and pinch the seams to seal. Cut the roll into 12 equal slices using a serrated knife and place them on the lined sheet pan with spacing.
  • Prepare the garlic butter by mixing the melted butter, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Brush the tops and edges of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture, saving some for later.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown. Brush with remaining garlic butter after removing from the oven.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, ensure that the rolls are not overstuffed to prevent collapsing.
Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite meats or vegetables!
These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
