Description

Ingredients

  • 10 slices of prosciutto
  • 250g / 9oz fresh mozzarella (2 balls)
  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 20 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Slice mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes into even pieces, and cut prosciutto lengthwise into strips.
  • Roll each mozzarella slice with prosciutto, sun-dried tomato half, and a basil leaf, then secure it in a roll.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange bites on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
  • Allow cooling briefly, then serve on a platter.

Notes
