- In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter, then add the marshmallows and lower the heat.
- Stir constantly to prevent sticking until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and pour in the Rice Krispies, stirring quickly to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press it down evenly; use butter or spray to prevent sticking if desired.
- Cool in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes, then cut into pieces.
- Melt the white chocolate in a heat-safe bowl in the microwave incrementally or over a double boiler. Add food coloring gradually until your desired shade is achieved.
- Cool slightly for safe transfer to a piping bag, then cut the tip to create a small hole for drizzling.
- Drizzle the cooled chocolate back and forth over the treats and add sprinkles if desired.
