Description

Ingredients

  • Mini Marshmallows (two 10-ounce bags, or 566g)
  • Pure Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Crispy Rice Cereal (9 cups, or 270g)

Instructions

  • Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease it lightly.
  • Melt the unsalted butter in a large pot over medium heat until completely melted.
  • Add the mini marshmallows and stir until smooth and glossy.
  • Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Gradually fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly without packing it too tightly.
  • Let the treats set at room temperature for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
