Instructions
- Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease it lightly.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large pot over medium heat until completely melted.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until smooth and glossy.
- Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly without packing it too tightly.
- Let the treats set at room temperature for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
