Description

This Roast Sirloin with Potato Bake brings mouthwatering flavors together in a simple, satisfying dish. Perfect for a quick dinner with family, it features tender sirloin and garlic-infused baby potatoes, making it a must-try for any home cook looking for homemade goodness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds beef sirloin
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Rub the mixture evenly over the beef sirloin.
  • Arrange the beef in a roasting pan and place baby potatoes around it.
  • Roast in the oven for about 1 hour, until a meat thermometer reads 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  • Allow the beef to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve alongside the roasted garlic potatoes.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the beef in the garlic mixture for up to 24 hours before cooking.
Adjust cooking time if you prefer your beef more or less done.
