Description

  • 2 pounds carrots (peeled and sliced on a bias into â…“-inch thick slices)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the sliced carrots with the oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, sea salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
