Description

This Sausage and Potato Sheet Pan Dinner combines savory sausage, fresh green beans, and crispy potatoes for a quick and satisfying meal. Perfect for busy evenings, it’s simple to prepare and bursting with flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb smoked sausage beef or pork, sliced into rounds
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved (or quartered if large)
  • 12 oz fresh green beans trimmed
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat
  • optional garnish: fresh parsley or grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes, green beans, and sliced sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Toss until everything is well-coated.
  • Evenly spread the mixture across the prepared baking sheet, ensuring everything is in a single layer for optimal roasting.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until the potatoes are tender and golden, and the green beans are slightly crispy.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or grated parmesan if desired.

Notes

For even cooking, make sure the ingredients are in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for added flavor and nutrition.
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the heat level.
