  • Carrots (1 ½ lbs)
  • Water (1 ½ cups)
  • Butter (¼ cup)
  • Salt (¾ teaspoon)

  • Fresh Herbs (1 tablespoon, chopped)

Instructions

  • Peel and slice carrots into ½ inch thick pieces.
  • In a large pot, combine sliced carrots, water, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil.
