- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. Spread the sausage coins, potatoes, bell peppers, and chopped cabbage evenly over the foil.
