- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
- ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
- ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola
Instructions
- If using a sweetener, combine it with Greek yogurt in a small bowl until well mixed.
- To assemble, add half of the yogurt to a mason jar or bowl. Layer half of the fruit and half of the granola on top.
- Repeat with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola layers.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey if desired. Serve right away.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different fruits and granola toppings.
This parfait can be made ahead of time; just keep the granola separate until serving.
