Description

These Simple Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits with Granola (Customizable) are a delicious way to enjoy fresh flavors with minimal prep. Layered with creamy Greek yogurt, your choice of fresh fruits, and crunchy granola, this recipe makes for a delightful breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • If using a sweetener, combine it with Greek yogurt in a small bowl until well mixed.
  • To assemble, add half of the yogurt to a mason jar or bowl. Layer half of the fruit and half of the granola on top.
  • Repeat with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola layers.
  • Finish with a drizzle of honey if desired. Serve right away.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different fruits and granola toppings.
