  • Smoked Paprika (1 tsp)
  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp for searing & 1 tbsp for potatoes)
  • Baby Potatoes or Yukon Gold (1.5 lbs)
  • Unsalted Butter (4 tbsp, melted)
  • Garlic (6 cloves, minced)
  • Dried Thyme and Rosemary (1 tsp each or 1 tbsp fresh)
  • Beef Broth (1/2 cup)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Fresh Parsley (2 tbsp, optional garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Pat and season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Sear the beef in olive oil for rich flavor.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk together melted butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Layer seasoned potatoes in the slow cooker, followed by the beef.
  • Pour the garlic butter sauce over the layered ingredients.
