- 8 mini belgian waffles i bought pre-made
- 2 belgian waffles i bought pre-made
- 4 slices raisin bread
- 2 mini raisin bagels
- 2 potato pancakes i bought pre-made
- ¼ lb smoked black forest sausage
- 1 oz smoked salmon
- â…“ cup peanut butter
- â…“ cup vanilla yogurt
- 8 strawberries
- ½ pt raspberries
- 2 apples
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 oz cheddar cheese sliced
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling garnish
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill for garnish
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Boil your eggs and cook your bacon ahead of time. Peel the eggs once cooled.
- To prepare candied bacon, place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over the bacon slices along with ¼ teaspoon chili powder, a light dusting of cinnamon, and ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Bake for 15 minutes or until desired crispiness.
