Description

This Strawberry Daiquiri is bursting with flavor and incredibly easy to prepare. Made with frozen and fresh strawberries, coconut rum, and a hint of lime, it’s an ideal choice for gatherings or a simple treat at home.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 lime , juiced
  • 1 cup white coconut rum , or white rum
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

Instructions

  • Prepare simple syrup by mixing equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, about 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries, lime juice, coconut rum, and simple syrup.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve the daiquiris topped with additional rum and whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Make sure the simple syrup is completely cool before blending to maintain the drink’s chill.
For a sweeter drink, you can adjust the amount of simple syrup to your taste.
Garnish with fresh strawberries for a beautiful presentation.
