Description

These Strawberry Shortcake Brownies offer a delightful blend of fluffy strawberry flavor, creamy frosting, and a crunchy topping, making them the perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Strawberry Cake Mix
  • Salted Butter (½ cup, melted)
  • Large Eggs (2)
  • Strawberry Gelatin (2 tablespoons + 4 tablespoons)
  • Cream Cheese (8 ounces, softened)
  • Salted Butter (¼ cup, softened)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Powdered Sugar (½ cup)
  • Heavy Cream (1 to 2 tablespoons)
  • Golden Oreos (20)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and non-stick spray.
  • Mix melted butter, eggs, strawberry cake mix, and 2 tablespoons of strawberry gelatin until well combined.
  • Spread the batter in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, then cool completely.
  • Beat together cream cheese, ¼ cup softened butter, and vanilla until fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream to make frosting.
  • Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled brownies evenly.
  • Pulse Golden Oreos to make a cookie crumb mixture, combine with 4 tablespoons of strawberry gelatin and melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the cookie crumbs over the frosting and press gently, then slice into squares for serving.
