- 1 (3.5 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream softened butter, jello mix, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract; beat until smooth.
- Combine flour, dry pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Fold in white chocolate chips gently.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, space apart, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool cookies on the pan for 2–3 minutes before transferring to racks.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
For longer storage, freeze the cookies for up to three months.
Chilling the dough for 30 minutes can help if it’s too sticky.
