Description

These Strawberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies are a charming treat for Valentine’s Day. With a soft, chewy texture and the lovely combination of strawberries and creamy white chocolate, they are perfect for sharing with loved ones on this special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp dry strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (3.5 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream softened butter, jello mix, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract; beat until smooth.
  • Combine flour, dry pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips gently.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, space apart, and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Cool cookies on the pan for 2–3 minutes before transferring to racks.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
For longer storage, freeze the cookies for up to three months.
Chilling the dough for 30 minutes can help if it’s too sticky.
