- Salt (2 teaspoons)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (149°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Whisk egg whites and water until foamy and fluffy.
- Add granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt; mix until combined.
- Fold in pecans until fully coated.
- Spread pecans on baking sheets and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let pecans cool completely before serving.
