Description

This Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge combines creamy white chocolate and sugar cookie dough for an irresistible treat. Easy to make and perfect for sharing, it’s sure to impress your loved ones.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces of almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions

  • Place a double boiler on medium heat and melt white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter for 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir continuously for another 2-3 minutes for a smooth mix.
  • Remove from heat, add vanilla and half the sprinkles, mix well.
  • Prepare a 9×9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Pour fudge mixture into the dish and smooth it out.
  • Press remaining sprinkles into the top gently.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • Lift fudge from the dish and slice into squares.
  • Melt almond bark and drizzle over the fudge squares.

Notes

Avoid overheating the white chocolate to prevent graininess.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for two weeks.
Add almond extract or mini chocolate chips for added flavor variations.
