- 1 20-ounce package cheese tortellini

- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions and keep warm.
- Whisk together Italian dressing, balsamic vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes to make the dressing.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt until golden and cooked through.
- Add dressing mix to chicken and simmer for 1 minute to infuse flavor.
- Sauté chopped asparagus in the same pan for about 3 minutes, adding shredded carrots and sliced tomatoes just before removing from heat.
- Combine cooked chicken, asparagus, tortellini, and remaining dressing; toss gently to mix.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
