Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts – equal in size
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried thyme – or italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel to help the rub stick better. Brush the seasoning mixture on both sides of the chicken.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375℉ for 5 minutes. Place the chicken in a single layer in the basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken over and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉.
  • Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain the juices.

Notes

Allow the chicken to rest after cooking to enhance juiciness.
