- 4 chicken breasts – equal in size
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried thyme – or italian seasoning
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel to help the rub stick better. Brush the seasoning mixture on both sides of the chicken.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375℉ for 5 minutes. Place the chicken in a single layer in the basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken over and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain the juices.
