  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce (optional for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf that fits inside the air fryer basket.
  • Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and cook for 30-35 minutes until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Optional: during the last 5 minutes, spread ketchup or barbecue sauce on top.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
