Ingredients
- Ground Beef (1 lb)
- Salt (½ teaspoon)
- Black Pepper (½ teaspoon)
- Garlic Powder (½ teaspoon)
- Bacon (6 slices, cooked and crumbled)
- Cheddar Cheese (12 slices)
- Slider Rolls (12)
- Melted Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Sesame Seeds (1 teaspoon, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Place bottom halves of slider rolls in the baking dish and sprinkle half of the cheese over them.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly over the cheese, followed by the crumbled bacon, and then top with the remaining cheese.
- Add the top halves of the rolls, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes; then uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter option, use ground turkey instead of beef.
Feel free to use gluten-free slider rolls for dietary preferences.
To maximize flavor, try mixing Worcestershire sauce with the beef while cooking.
