Description

These Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders are irresistibly flavorful and quick to make, featuring juicy beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, making them perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Place bottom halves of slider rolls in the baking dish and sprinkle half of the cheese over them.
  • Spread the cooked beef evenly over the cheese, followed by the crumbled bacon, and then top with the remaining cheese.
  • Add the top halves of the rolls, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes; then uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  • Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

For a lighter option, use ground turkey instead of beef.
Feel free to use gluten-free slider rolls for dietary preferences.
To maximize flavor, try mixing Worcestershire sauce with the beef while cooking.
