  • 8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Allow the chicken thighs to come to room temperature and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the seasoning blend.
