- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Allow the chicken thighs to come to room temperature and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the seasoning blend.
- In a large mixing bowl, place the chicken thighs, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with ⅔ of the spice blend. Coat the chicken thoroughly, making sure to get some under the skin.
