Description

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried italian seasonings
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Pat dry the cod filet using a kitchen towel and set it aside.
  3. Create the breading station: in the first bowl, mix together flour, salt, garlic powder, ground pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In the second bowl, whisk together the eggs and a splash of water until combined.
