- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack or cheese of choice
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 10 oz can rotel with chiles drained
- Optional: Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese for more protein
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sour cream with taco and ranch seasoning.
- Blend in shredded cheese and the drained Rotel, adding a pinch of salt.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour if desired before serving with chips or veggies.
Notes
For additional protein, swap sour cream with Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese.
