Description

Butterfinger Nutter Butter Truffles are a scrumptious treat featuring crispy Nutter Butter cookies and rich Butterfinger candy. Easy to make and perfect for parties, these truffles will impress anyone who tries them!


Ingredients

  • Nutter Butter Cookies (16 oz)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz, softened)
  • Fun-Size Butterfinger Candy Bars (10)
  • Milk Chocolate Chips (16 oz)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Crush Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add crushed Butterfinger bars and mix evenly.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place back on the pan.
  • Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger on top and chill for another 30 minutes.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container for up to 2 days or refrigerate for a week.
These truffles can be frozen for up to three months, thaw overnight in the fridge.
Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing.
