- 16 oz Nutter Butter Cookies
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 10 Fun-Size Butterfinger Candy Bars
- 16 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine.
- Mix the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add crushed Butterfinger bars and mix evenly.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place back on the pan.
- Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger on top and chill for another 30 minutes.
Notes
Store truffles in an airtight container for up to 2 days or refrigerate for a week.
These truffles can be frozen for up to three months, thaw overnight in the fridge.
