- 4 large eggs for cheesecake

- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, preferably salted
- Optional: additional caramel drizzle and flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth; stir in vanilla and eggs, then fold in flour and spread into pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes; cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugars, cream, eggs, and vanilla, then pour over browned base.
- Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour until set with a slight jiggle in the center. Cool in oven with door cracked.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, then drizzle with caramel and sprinkle sea salt before serving.
