- 1 cup assorted antipasti (artichokes, roasted peppers)
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup bell pepper strips
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 1/4 cup savory mustard
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup pignoli nuts
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Choose a large platter or cutting board.
- Start by placing your cheese varieties on the platter.
- Layer cured meats around the cheese, fanning or rolling slices.
- Fill small bowls with olives or antipasti, placing them in between the cheese and meat.
- Scatter crackers and breadsticks to fill empty spaces.
- Add fresh fruits alongside dried fruits.
- Tuck in nuts and place fresh herb sprigs for color.
