- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup mint chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder together.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugars until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla to the creamed mixture and blend well.
- Gradually incorporate half of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing well, then add the remaining dry ingredients and combine thoroughly.
- Fold in the chopped Mint Oreos, milk chocolate chips, and mint chips.
- Scoop out 2 tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each one.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
