- 1/2 cup pasta water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup extra grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until tender, then drain.
- Blend cottage cheese, Parmesan, half and half, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Heat the blended sauce in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through but not boiling.
- Combine drained pasta with heated sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.
